I found it it's in PK3, do you know how to change it to a European flag? Thank you very much, if you can help me a little more because when I open it with notepad it looks like illegible writings

I can almost do it, the only problem is that the base file I can't convert it back to PK3. because if it stays in TGA or zip the game doesn't take it into account
