Since some months ( when system changed) i lost some acces , im not able to do anything with maps and 2-3 other stuffs.

By help, does it includes updated map profiles? Like adding Command Map, screenshots, and the ReadMe content?

Ye, my job is it to update & fill in new maps with pictures & content, by some i didn't play them ever yet so i have to play them to know what is important on this map and how its about on this map

Since some months ( when system changed) i lost some acces , im not able to do anything with maps and 2-3 other stuffs.

I have just rights on control panel for maps atm.

When posting the newsarticles about new map releases, I had to do it all by myself as well - I feel your pain :p
However, I stopped doing that, because when uploading map shots, they didn't appear for some reason.

I reported it several times, but I gave up all hope. Are you able to upload map shots?
If so, I'll try to give it a go once again, but I can only update the maps which are released when posting the article

Ye, so i had the same problem as you at the start & contacted paul, he meant it would be uploaded but just don't shown .
He fixed this for me and if i upload that stuff it's showing those pictures now immediately.

Ye i said before i can just do that maps when they are in the filebase but not every map is in the filebase, so if you guys report it (which is pretty nice - but we also have a huge list of it )
then it would be more nice if you give a link with the map.pk3 in it to us, so we can do those maps immediately and do not have to wait 'till they are being played on a server.
