Get a new pc, you can't upgrade so much anymore for sure, therefore it's the best idea to just buy a new one,
Processor: ~ 4x 3gh
Graphics card: ~ 1gb
RAM: ~4gb/8gb

I just can say, if you got these 3 to a really good standard, you can play games with an awesome graphic & nice proceeding
