ill give u a tip or two about fb pages since im working a lot with them . For the start , landing tab aka welcome page have to be a bit smaller so ppl wont have to roll down . Make is smaller and simple with high or welcome or smthing like that , and at the same time encourage them to like your page if they want to enter it . Check my banner bellow to see what im talkin about

those are pages on facebook not a virus link or anything
if you like my page then page will get promoted and my page will get bigger

Welcome tab just needs some basic html. There doesn't need to be anything special.

Here is a tutorial to create a custom tab:

You just need a hoster for those files you're going to use there.
