Server is online but TB does not want to scan it

I recently got this message from one of our boardmembers:

The problem is that TB doesn't want to scan it.

Only Paul can do something about that
Can't add servers its not working , it's all bugged .

Shagi, could you check with them if the TB ip range is not blocked there? I suspect they are using the getstatus patch but it seems like it's blocking TB.
For others, adding your server should be working correctly now
