Since recently I got this problem. I get huge laggs on server and my fps are dropping drasticly. this is not a temporary problem but it keeps on during the whole game. Because of this I cant play this game normally anymore. Do more people encountered this problem? Can you please help me?

Rename PB folder and join server. See if you still have lag.

try write this in console
/rate 25000
/cl_maxpackets 100
if you see any change but aint satisfied try this
/rate 13000
/cl_maxpackets 30
imo thats the most normal reasons why ppl are lagging
