    None of those servers is running , at least im not able to add them .

    Possible reasons :
    - Server is not responding
    - Server is not ET protocol 82/83/84
    - Reading timed out

    Do you still running those servers ?
    Did you already get an answer by PM ?

    Yes.
    But unfortunately, the server provider has changed IP address of these from
    82.208.58.226 to 82.208.58.229 after my question early.

    However, these servers don't run 24/7, they are started on demand by players via web interface.
    Usually two of these server are running during afternoon and evening (GMT+1) and offline during night.
    (servers could be find in TB database via server names which contains keyword: GamePark)
