Can't get rating

The last 3 maps i've played i didn't get any rating even tho i played the entire map. Happened to everyone on this session http://et.trackbase.net/index.php?mo...o&idx=28413204

Any way to fix it?

Can you remember if the map was actually 30 minutes? Or was it shorter?

Gold Rush was 30 minutes, Venice was 30 minutes also, and 32 for Temple
