This is a relatively new Wolfenstein Enemy Territory website, VALHALLA, so I'd say that the vast majority of servers you see advertised here are up and running.

This section of our forums are dedicated to the servers and their hosts. It's beyond our service to check on their runtime or 'online status'.
However, most of the threads have displayed their TB server page so it's an easy click to see if a server is still running or not

On a side note, most of the thread owners update their posts to keep you on track of their server(s)
