I know what you mean:
and it's goneseta r_dynamiclight 0
It has to be this cmd, had the same some days ago. I didnt saw my muzzleflash at my gun but some kind of it around me on the floor, walls etc. everytime I or some1 else was shooting. Did seta r_dynamiclight 0, /vid_restart and it was gone...
