jay idk to much about english,but i know couple of stuff:

you should not get drunk to often is bad for your health
your server is very stupid designed,i played there and i know a lot of good players who got banned there during time,because u king in blind ppl kingdom,if u understand what i mean.
if u want to improove your server,disable adre and take off the fast shooting,leave it normal as et should have.oo and u have punkbuster on?
