Problems with my name or the tracking for it

I have a problem with a server. when i look at my stats in trackbase (name stussy registert) he always say that i played on this server Musyakusya NQ.
But i never was on it, there are only bots on him.(and i think more players have the problem with this server.)
What can i you to fix the problem.

There are several possibilities that could give you this inconvenience:

1: there is a bot on that server with your name. In that case, you can request the server admin to alter that name, but chances are high those "bot" sessions won't get ranked

2: the server where yoy once played, changed its name. In that case, the old server name will be replaced in your rating history session.

Personally, I think the first option is the most relevant one. It wouldn't be the first time server admins would take real player names for their bots to lure other players.
If you wish to be safe at any time, you can use the playlock feature, then none of your sessions will be ranked as long as it's on.

i have use the option playlock. and there is no bot with my name on the server.
