Bans can be appealed on our website and those that don't make the effort usually mean their guilty or if they weren't couldn't be bothered to complain.
Sometimes can make mistakes on banning players but not always and any bans that are made usually comes along with a demo as well.
For AxE to be a non pb server means yes it's most likely going to have 1 or 2 cheaters appearing now and then however the most obvious ones will be caught and the less obvious ones a little bit longer but since their less obvious it doesn't cause too much of an impact to people enjoying the game played on AxE

Finally unless you have access to BossHk's house and are with him each time he plays ET you can never be 100 percent sure what he does in that time....and you can't prove he isn't cheating if someone has a demo of him cheating.. Anyhow I don't know if a demo of him had been taken at the time so it's at the discretion of whoever banned him if he wants to make a point that he wasn't.

I enjoy playing on AxE and so do a lot of others, quite a lot of good players and Silent mod has Brought Life back to ET for the time being so anyone who's reading come and join us .. IP listed on first page of this thread posted by Dookie.
