How much rating you go up

Ive always wondered how the rating gets calculated, not the ppm and that, but the actual +.1
I know about your rating Divided by average rating, times by average ppm is how to see how much you need to gain, but how does it give you +.21 for example? Cause i was 1ppm over what i needed one game and got +.3 and another i was 10 rating over and got +.05 and it was at same rating.

When you look at your playerinfo you will see a list with 10 maps. You also have a rating for each map. This rating will be considered too when calculating a session.
