    So you have reserved that name which is having problems?

    If yes, go to http://et.trackbase.net/?mod=reserve
    There should be green little ball under Playlock and next to it there should read Inactive. If playlock is on, sessions won't get rated because player lock is on. When there is green marking, playlock is off.
