No Tracking on my Server

Hello. My FarCry server is not tracking for 7 days (Lastscan: 7d » Nextscan: -657778 s). It working properly, but isn't track.

I tried evertyhing i could , but it still not working ,Its reported as urgent and should be done tonight or tomorow .
