Great News Whats new in the jaymod can;t be asked to check

- Remove partially implemented custom commands (LUA will accomplish this).
- Added q3fill exploit check.
- Fixed mortar recticle widescreen issue.
- Fixed several center aligned string issues with widescreen support.
- Doubled the number of anonymous users allowed in the db system. The end result of this is you will have more ban capacity.
- Added IP address validation checks.
