When we talk CoD4 I am so agree! That is a very good add since there are a lot of gamers. Plus a really good game! Would be much satisfied to see it on Trackbase, then I can xpwhore there too (lols joke ofc.. )

and thats not even that much work, cause engine is almoust the same like et (modified q3) so most things will work for cod4 too

IIRC we had a COD 4 support team - not sure why that stopped or never got off the ground

I don't play Team Fortress 2, but I know an ET clan who has become ET and TF2 oriented due to the fact that TF2 is now free via steam. Might be worth looking into.
