Regarding the competition, as another participant speaking, I have no objections to a coop entering. Depending on the RL situations, mapping by a deadline is probably going to be quite tough anyway. Personally, I'd say if you two have no struggle splitting the prize (should you win), then why not.
But this is ultimately up to the judges.
