I think he wanted to give the player with that id the leader status, as i guessed, but im not sure,,
if you're not that good in english then pm some1 from the admins which can speak your native language or just translate it with google translator or sth

The fact that I have no power over the clan is my problem that is I cannot add players or nothing in this style. And and I would ask for adding the chief leader of the clan for nickname. GoW*Ma$c0t
