Ive installed it, and i try to run it, and it keeps on loading, while then my antivirus goes crazy reporting it as malware, and whole pc get freezed

Well, the AV might be the reason why it's loading. I guess the connection to our servers is blocked.
It's your choice if you want to set an exception for that program and allow it, the program works fine, though.
In any other case, if there's no other minimizer, it's best to use the good old Windows command
