Can't reserve a name

The story is simple, I can't reserve my name in trackbase because it has already been reserved by someone. Although through the many years I have played this game, nobody has ever used that name except me.
Ingame name I want to reserve: Ix!on:bbb

It seems like you have an old account still running which has that name assigned to it. You may reset your password using your old email address connected to that account, so you'll be able to do it all on your own.
