A question on W:ET rating calculation.

Is the time between death and respawn included in the global score when rating a map ?

Other way to put it : do PPM include times between death and respawn or only "alive time" ?

Yes, it does include the time while you're 'dead'. It simply counts your ppm and calculates it with the time you were playing in a team.
