Invalid user?

Hello there guys!

I've signed in at trackbase and I tried to reserve my name. The thing is, if I put my name it says "Invalid user!"; if I put my user ID it gives me another random dude that it's not me. Soooo... what is the problem?

Oh and btw, i've putted my clan's hashtag at the username -.-' is there a way to take it? :3

Could you link me to the 'Player name' you want to reserve?

p.s Make sure you are reserving your player ID and not your user ID (they are different). To search for your player ID go here CLICK ME and search for your name.

Hey VJ, thank you for the answer!

I've tried to search my name on the link you sent me (searched for "[IPCA]Careca") and it didn't found any results! Is there something I've got to do after I register on the website? Like installing some add-on on the game to keep track of my games or something?
There might be something I should have told: i've instaled the game today and since i'm on a proxy web i haven't played yet. It that the problem? '

Go play on a server for a bit of time to get your name to register into trackbase (play 1 full map untill it loads into nextmap) and you should be able to find your name!

I handled your username issue. The clantag has been removed.
Note: When logging in, you have to specify your new username (Careca).
