Server no longer tracked

Het TB Staff,

Many times i play on UJE server team play and i saw that there is no tracking anymore.
it's remaining 0 players whereas i played last time and arround 10 members where playing.

Plus, my presence on it didn't appear on my session history.

Everything seems fine with this server. I tracked it with another tool and it was showing exactly the players as online as there were.

I don't see any problems with that server.
Could you name the specific problem please?

From time to time the server is shown as disabled though it is full.
This happens sometimes several times a day. We lose counting tsp.

Could you screenshot the problem and post it in here when it happens again?
Because at the moment there's no problem with the server.
