Cannot add server

Hi i have ben trying for few days now, but trackabse still doesnt find/add my server

Hi johny, i am doing that addserver for the last 7days, and the server is still not showing up/geting registered, that is why i created this topic

Hm, the server is actually running but can not be read by trackbase. The only problem that comes into my mind and causes this behaviour is that your server is blocking our ip address or has a too restricted firewall set-up so we can not read your server.
Please check everything that might cause it and perhaps add our ip address to your whitelist.

icmp probes are allowed, also if you would be so kind to post where ur scans(ips) are comming from i can check further

edit found it, can u add Dutch/Netherlands flag to my server? http://et.trackbase.net/server/44458/
(for some reason i had ur whole ip range in blacklist)

IP tracing from another independent provider listed the IP as located in Russia, so I won't change it.

Hello, I've the same problem. When I add my server, with IP or host, it does not work.
IP: 62.210.253.66
Host: et.elou.world
Port: 27960
Is there another port needed to allow Trackbase? I mean only 27960 is opened (and I can play correctly).
