Need help!

I ordered a server this morning, but can't figure out how to get it the way i want it. I want to run etpro with admin on the server so i don't have to use rcon. just the normal etadmin with the "!". If anyone is interested in helping me out that would be really helpful. my xfire is 'r4gs' thanks.

Just install et admin mod or use kmod I believe kmod would be helpful.
