im thinking of trying out for track this spring, and im a really fast runner. Im just unsure on how long i can run. CAn you also tell me some ways i can build my >>oh wait whats that word when it increases your breathing??

guess he means adrenaline. That's always a server setting but usually 140xp is needed for medic level 4 if i remember right.
