Those maps have a *.campaign file in there scripts/ folder.
You have 2 options,
- remove the campaign file from that pk3.
- Or (the better option) create a pk3 which contains those files, and put it in the mod folder.
So just a zip renamed to pk3, which has in it the *.campaign files from those pk3's in a script/ folder.
Same structure, just bundled in one pk3.
Ah its many years ago I made this, but I am pretty sure this is the reason. I recall there can be some other circumstances leading to this, but they had been very seldom.
