Hello Vladimir,

the link you provided seems to be dead. Please give us another image or describe it in more detail.
As your names are not attached with a clan here on trackabse, I can not guess which clan it fails on.
Maybe it stands '!Cannot edit clan owner!' which would mean you're not a clan owner by yourself and therefore can not kick / downgrade an owner.

Please provide me with more information on your problem,
