Server usage statistics

i saw this that the Server usage statistics aren't working, they are not being updated.
the last they show is 11/dec

Indeed every server has it!

The updating for the files was disabled due the fact that it had a heavy impact on the server.
This system will be rewritten to produce the info when it's used: all the info is actually saved so when this feature will be back on nothing is lost.
