As I work in mixology and I serve drinks. I want to know, what is everyone's favorite drink? and why?

Mine is jameson mixed with lemon, brandy alone is nice... and some wines mixed with other things

The easy and quick ones for mixed drinks for me at least are basics - Bay Breezes, Long Islands, Cape Cods, Mojitos...
