Raters are welcome but it would be tough for them to rate.... If raters are going to come on server and then bitch/whine on players doing objective then admins will mute/kick/ban them as per our rules.

Their is nothing against raters.. if they are going to play nicely on server. We would just like to maintain peaceful environment so every player can enjoy, nothing else. I hope that answers your question, if not, please feel free to ask.
