U need to play on another server, coz the server you are usin now its without cheat protection..

I play on the same servers as Vladym!r and he have rate. I do not have

If you take a look your friend got his rating on a different server which has pb enabled

The server(s) you actually play on dont have any cheat protection , PB etc .. so its not tracked , and you will never get any rating on those servers
