[ALL GAMES] Name changes ,rating transfer

Well that's true , he is regular in changing names , but hmm there is no rule about that it's not limited , if names are reserved and rating is over 10 , it's fine by me.
There is no way to check everyone to know who already requested a name change or no ( especially if he has 2 accounts) and im not gonna check IP.
It takes only few secs to transfer a name.
I dont really like it either , but well i gave up with all those stuffs which will never change.

i told him everyday WHY U CHANGE EVERYTIME YOUR NAME AND CLAN !?
He reply to me, because i do this for the fun.. wtf ?! he have just 14 years old.. its a kid
