Players with out tags on clan pages??

Hi there i want a friend of mine to be on my clan page he also agrees with it but i cant put him on as he dont have my tag (nor want it as of yet)

How do i put him on please, i notice another clan has done it with no probs??

There is no proof the guy you want to add/added to your clanpage , wants to be on it , if the guy doesnt have the clantag normally he has nothing to do there.

There is no rules about that yet , but a guy wihtout the clan tag should not be allowed to join the clan.
