Flag & Reserving my name

Hi folks,

I'm from the Netherlands, but the trackbase rating system
is giving me a polish flag. Can someone explain that?
And besides that, when I want to reserve my name
it says 'User is already reserved'. But I don't see any reserved
names in that section.

Would be awesome if some admin could help me out with this.
