I can't find as well the map profile of 1944 Huertgen Forest (Final 2), maybe you'll be able with BSP name: 1944_huertgen_final2; Tried this in Google but haven't found :/

I looked myself when I asked if I could help for profiles, this map hasn't a ReadMe or any text file for it... I guess a ReadMe could be redacted from scratch with map story and objectives listing, plus map author and release date...
