TB saying DRi* server is down

Hello, for the last day or so, I've noticed I haven't been rating when I play on DRi* server. When I look up the server using TrackBase, it says the server is down, which is not the case. Will one of the TB admins look into this please?

Tried to force serverscan but it's not working.
maybe a bug due to the change of hoster
i'll report that to make sure it's not gonna happen again.

yea looks like, we're sorry for your rating which couldnt be count in that time, obviously you got your server on a root, try using et300, this is sending heartbeats to tb directly, so tb knows always when the server is up or down

The server probably accidentally blocked our IP address since we moved. Please tell relic to whitelist our IP range again
