You did set the player you have reserved to the Inactive rank. This means that - since that's the only player you have reserved which is in that clan - you (player reserved = your account) are set to Inactive and not to Leader (Owner) anymore. The other player you have set to Leader (Owner) is not reserved. Players that are not reserved but have a rank are ineffective since only reserved players (equivalent to a user) can manage a clan.

I have reset your first player to the Leader (Owner) rank. Please make sure you do not reset the rank of your only reserved player in that clan.
Simply reserve the name you want to give the Leader (Owner) rank to first and remove the other player afterwards.
