Well, looks like you can't put this message off, just by updating your et version, which is recommended.
Will this message pop up all e.g. 2mins or just when you connect to the server? I think that would'nt be a big problem to just have this shown once.
but best is if you'd update!

Update and problem will be solved, there is no way to disable it AFAIK.

You need to update to 2.60b, the message is built into the 3.00 server build, this is not a YCN issue or any issue at all, just a recommendation to update to the latest client version.
