A bit more accurate Proportional Time (in %) to clan pages?

There is in clan times Proportional Time (in %). Could it be more accurate? Maybe with one decimal like in splatterladder?

At the moment it doesn't have any decimals so big clans or communities like Bunker with over 100 members is so large that many players see only 0 percent. It could be a bit more interesting with one decimal, so there would be amounts like 0,2 or 0,7.. I think that it's nicer to see more accurate amount than 0 or 1 percent.

Oh and those clan website links at tracker aren't working if they haven't put http:// in their url.
