Xp save problem

Everytime I disconnect from server my xp doesn't save. Reinstalled et , downloaded new etkey but still doesn't work. Any ideas?

Sorry for noob questions but;

ETkey in your etmain folder?
Running as admin in windows vista/7?
Enabled punkbuster in your cfg?

Do this in game to check your guid is there

open console type /pb_sv_enable

/pb_cl_enable for clients, sv is server command but he replied and said his pb is enabled.

Also if u run win 7 you also need to put ur etkey in user/appdata/pb/etmain. As these are usually hidden files the easiest way is to go to etkey.org and click on the punkbuster set up tab. This will create a key if required, and add the etkey to ur etmain and appdata/pb/etmain and update your pb files. Then before you connect to a server, run the game, open console and type /pb_cl_enable then connect to server and it all should be good!
