had 17 rating and 20 mins later hes at 22 rating, I checked his TB paged and he only gained 0.31 points since I saw he was 17 rating... is that normal?

You probably saw this player play with his other nick, he has a period(.) on his other nick which was at 17 compared to his main name without the period.

Maybe some people care a bit to much about other? I know this rating stuff is fun but you are taking it so serious it becomes a problem and concern.
