Question : rating transfer + tsp

Normally it's doing it like you want,
we just change the name of the player, so we're not really transferring a rate to another player, just changing the 2nd playername to playername. and the first to the 2nd playername,e.g.

1st: etplayer |rate of 12
2nd: player |rate of 1

-->
etplayer->player
player->player.

Yeah but my main question is. can TSP be transferred also?
