You probably got it wrong with the location country for the flag.

Indeed, the server is not located in Italy but in France so if there is a way to change it for French flag then i would be happy.

About Advancing Tracking (TSP), i got the same issue some month ago. Even if the .server run with ET 3.00, everytime the server is new, you are able to enable it only one or more weeks after. So, i probably need to patient a bit for that though.

Sorry for the double post but there is a way to change the flag for the following servers :

because the servers are located in France and not Italy

And also to try to enable Advanced Scanning again for this server :
