all three servers were assigned to your clan.

I couldn't enable TSP for your servers. Are you sure you are running the latest and correct version of ET 3.00 (TB)?

The servers are located in Italy. That's why the flag of your servers are Italian.

You probably got it wrong with the location country for the flag.

Indeed, the server is not located in Italy but in France so if there is a way to change it for French flag then i would be happy.

About Advancing Tracking (TSP), i got the same issue some month ago. Even if the .server run with ET 3.00, everytime the server is new, you are able to enable it only one or more weeks after. So, i probably need to patient a bit for that though.
