I added the servers to your clanpage + changed the flag to France.
Your server (ID: 44940) is not designed to support TSP, as you could see because there is no link that says 'Request TSP on this server'.

It's now enabled again.
TSP is being automatically disabled by Trackbase when the server is down for a longer time.
