Does anyone know wats up with the Tzac website?

I have forgotten my pw and have tried the recover pw thingy and it says will send an email with new details however it never comes!!! As i hav no pw i cant post on their forum, so I sent an email asking for help to the contact us address and still no response after 2 weeks. I also tried there IRC but no one replies to messages lololol Doing google searches there are heaps of peeps with similar pw issues!!

So basically I'm hoping that a tzac rep sees this or if someone knows of something else I could try!!

You could make another account and explain the problem on their forums, maybe it'll get things started.

lol well i did that and ofc says it will send an email to confirm and ofc no email is recieved. There are others with the same problem, cant post on their forum but can read them and it seems the whole community is gettn fed up with the lack of support, the owner chaplja doesnt reply to emails and IRC gets no response tho peeps are on. Well I got fed up 18mths ago when I first registered because help was non existent and now I feel the same again.

Just ranting here I noes not related to this site but I feel better so, thanks for listening.

well, ahm either they have a problem with the mail(); function in their php-code, or they have some problems with the webserver,
so i will post the problem on their forums for you, bcs i didn't forget my pw

will reply when sth has been done in that thread

Thanks so munch Jonny, just saw ur post there on tzac site!! I was going to get a registered friend to post something similar, but since you did it under the TB banner it may get a response!!
