TBS connect

Hello i saw on some server all time some player called TBS connect and disconnect.
i think TBS = TRACKBASE.
can come one help me to do it on my servers please ?

TBS is used for the TSP rating, if I'm not mistaken
To enable TSP rating, your request should be handled with by giriel or Paul
